Health Practitioner (BfG*) for Sexuality
I was born in 1960 in Stuttgart. My journey through various body-oriented seminars and a year of men's training have shown me how important physical contact is, also as a form of communication between people. With a holistic massage training, I internalized essential tools to bring the body, mind, and soul of my clients in harmony.
Holistic massage was followed by trainings in tantra massage and sexological bodywork at the International Institute of Sexological Bodywork (IISB), Zurich, to expand my understanding of sexuality. Since 2017, I am a member of the training team of Nhanga Ch. Grunow (well regarded expert in tantra massages) and routinely lead workshops on sexual deep relaxation.
It is my pleasure to accompany and support people on their unique journeys through the world of their emotions, perceptions, and experiences. My concern as a body coach, to serve people "of all gender" by enabling learning spaces in which they can reconnect with their bodies and find their natural primal power. On the basis of my sexual therapeutic systemic training with Ulrich Clement at the IGST**, Heidelberg, I also offer individual and couple coachings around the topic of sexuality.
